How does it work?

Employee onboarding

The responsible person sends the future employee a link to an online personal questionnaire. The completed data is saved to Lunara automatically.

Completing and approving details

Employment details and other parameters are added. Depending on the settings, a multi-level approval can follow.

Generating employment contracts

Employment contracts and agreements are generated automatically from predefined templates.

Signing contracts

Depending on the organisation's settings, documents can be signed physically or electronically.

Document management

All required documents are stored in one place, and their completeness can be checked before the process is finished.

Why Lunara was created

Lunara was created when the rapid growth of some clients could no longer be handled by their existing HR processes.

Missing or inconsistent processes led to delayed onboarding, incomplete data and errors that then burdened payroll and other related areas. That is why Lunara gives HR processes a clear structure, unifies data and documents and makes it possible to check their completeness continuously. The result is HR administration that can grow with the company instead of holding it back.

Lunara lets the client and our specialists work with the same up-to-date data. This reduces repeated questions and the passing of information between HR and payroll, and creates better inputs for related processes.

Lunara is localised for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, taking into account the specific requirements of each country. The handling of personal data, access rights and document archiving meet the defined data protection requirements and internal security standards.

Lunara is currently available to Harnol & Partners clients as part of a modern HR and payroll infrastructure. The product is designed as a standalone solution, and we plan its wider use outside our services in the future.
